Terms of use
Laatst bijgewerkt: 4 Nov 2026 · This text is available in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of Comunidad Connect, the web and mobile app for communities of owners provided by TJ Consilia S.L. ("Comunidad Connect"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Comunidad Connect lets community management offices and owners exchange issue reports, notices, documents and messages, with automatic translation into several languages. The management office subscribes for the communities it manages; owners and other invited people use it free of charge.
2. Accounts
Each account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password or passkey confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, offensive or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or other people's personal data without a legal basis. Do not try to access communities you do not belong to or interfere with the service. The management office may moderate its community's chats.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the content you post (text, photos, videos and documents) and grant us a limited licence to store, translate and show it to members of your community, solely to provide the service.
5. Translations
Automatic translations are provided to make communication easier and may contain errors. The original text is always available and prevails in case of doubt. Official community communications (meeting notices, minutes, resolutions) are governed by the Spanish Horizontal Property Act and by their original version.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Comunidad Connect does not replace emergency services: in immediate danger, call 112.
7. Price
Use is free for owners. Pricing for management offices is set out in their contract.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Comunidad Connect is not liable for decisions of the community or the office, for suppliers' work, or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
9. Closing your account
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Estepona (Málaga) have jurisdiction, unless the law grants it to the consumer's place of residence.
