This policy explains how personal data is processed in Comunidad Connect and on this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
1. Who processes your data
App data: the controller is the management office that manages your community. TJ Consilia S.L. acts as processor on the office's behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Website and demo-request data: the controller is TJ Consilia S.L., B21796289, Avenida del Arte 61, B2-8, 29680 Estepona (Málaga), España. Contact: hello@comunidadconnect.es.
2. What we process
Account data (name, email, language, and phone and notice address if you provide them), apartment and community, the issue reports, photos, videos, messages and documents you post, and technical data needed for operation and security (access logs). On the website, the details you send when requesting a demo.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the community communication service (performance of the office's contract and the community's legitimate interest in its management), sending notices and reminders by email if you agree (consent), keeping a tamper-evident audit trail (legal obligations and the community's legitimate interest), and answering demo requests (pre-contractual steps).
4. Automatic translation
To translate texts, they may be sent to machine-translation providers acting as sub-processors (for example DeepL SE in Germany). They are not used to train third-party models.
5. Where data is stored
Data is hosted in the European Union with Cloudflare (EU-jurisdiction storage). If any provider were outside the EEA, GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses would apply.
6. How long
While your account is active and the office keeps the service, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. The audit trail is kept as long as needed to evidence the community's communications.
7. Who we share it with
Members of your community according to their role (for example, issues are visible to affected owners and the office; private chats with the president are not visible to the office), the management office, and our technical providers. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to your management office or to hello@comunidadconnect.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
9. Cookies
The app only stores on your device what is strictly needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
10. Children
The service is intended for adult owners and authorised persons.
